Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Orqen's API, dashboard, billing, and related services.

Using Orqen

You may use Orqen only if you can form a binding agreement and will comply with these terms, applicable laws, and any plan limits. You are responsible for activity under your account, API keys, connected provider credentials, and applications that call Orqen.

Accounts And Security

  • Use accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
  • Keep Orqen API keys and provider keys confidential.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
  • We may suspend access to protect the service, other customers, or the public.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of prompts, tool schemas, provider credentials, and other data you submit. You grant Orqen the rights needed to process that data to provide the service, including routing, proxying requests, calculating usage, supporting billing, debugging, and improving routing quality.

Sensitive Data

Do not send personal data, confidential information, regulated data, or third-party data to Orqen unless you have the right to do so and have configured your providers, retention, and compliance processes appropriately. Do not send payment card numbers or authentication secrets inside prompts, messages, tool outputs, URLs, or tool schemas.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Orqen to:

  • Break the law, violate rights, or bypass provider terms.
  • Probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
  • Transmit malware, abusive traffic, spam, or deceptive content.
  • Share API keys, scrape the dashboard, or resell access without written permission.
  • Use Orqen in high-risk systems where failure could cause death, personal injury, or severe damage unless we have signed a separate written agreement.

Billing

Paid usage is billed according to the plan shown in the dashboard, checkout, order form, or invoice. Free trials include a finite saved-token allowance with daily and weekly caps. Pro usage has no hard saved-token cap and is billed from configured token-savings calculations, subject to rate limits, per-key budgets where configured, and fair usage. Stripe processes payment methods and invoices. You are responsible for taxes, provider charges, and usage generated by your API keys.

Fair Usage And Limits

Orqen may enforce request rate limits, saved-token budgets, daily or weekly caps, abuse controls, and temporary throttles to protect service reliability. Free trials are intended for evaluation, not production resale or high-volume load testing. Pro plans are designed for production use with no hard saved-token cap, but traffic that materially degrades the service, bypasses limits, or is inconsistent with normal product use may be slowed, suspended, or moved to an enterprise arrangement.

Availability And Changes

Orqen is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, including beta features, to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption.

Account Deletion And Termination

You can delete your account from the dashboard. Account deletion removes local Orqen customer data and associated records as described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or backups. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Disclaimers

Orqen is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that routing decisions will always be optimal, that providers will accept every request, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orqen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, provider credits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid Orqen for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
