Cookie Policy

This page explains the storage Orqen uses and how you can accept, reject, or customise optional analytics and diagnostics.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Your Current Choices

You can update optional analytics and diagnostics at any time. Essential storage remains enabled because it is required for login, account security, billing, and saving your privacy choices.

Essential Storage

Essential storage is always active and may include:

  • Supabase authentication cookies and session storage for login and account access.
  • Orqen consent storage, stored under orqen_consent_v1, so we remember your choices.
  • Security, load balancing, and billing flow data needed to operate the service.

Analytics

Analytics is optional. If accepted, Orqen uses PostHog to understand page views, product interactions, referrers, browser/device information, and aggregate usage patterns. We configure PostHog to be opted out by default and to create identified profiles only when a logged-in dashboard user has granted consent.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics is optional for browser data. If accepted, Orqen uses Sentry to collect browser error reports, performance traces, stack traces, request URLs, device/runtime details, and related troubleshooting context. Server-side operational diagnostics may still be processed where necessary for security and service reliability.

Session Recording

Orqen currently disables PostHog session recording in the website and dashboard client configuration. If we enable replay in the future, we will update this policy and keep masking controls in place for sensitive inputs and page text.

Changing Or Clearing Choices

Use the button above to change your choices. You can also clear browser storage for Orqen in your browser settings; if you do, we will ask for your choices again on your next visit.
